Sound familiar?

Signs your concrete needs a coating

Bare concrete is porous. In Northern Nevada it soaks up snowmelt, salt, and oil all winter, then bakes all summer. These are the warning signs we see on almost every estimate.

  • Spalling or pitting from winter road salt and mag chloride
  • Oil and tire stains that never scrub out
  • Old DIY epoxy peeling under hot tires
  • Concrete dust tracked into the house
  • Hairline cracks spreading across the slab
  • A garage you’d rather keep the door closed on

How it works

From bare slab to finished floor

  1. Step 1

    Free on-site estimate

We measure, check slab moisture and cracks, and show you real flake and color samples.

  2. Step 2

    Diamond-grind prep

Dust-controlled grinders open the concrete so the coating bonds into it, not on top.

  3. Step 3

    Repair and base coat

Cracks and divots get filled, then a flexible base coat goes down.

  4. Step 4

    Broadcast and topcoat

Decorative flake, then a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. Walk on it tonight.

FAQ

Questions we hear every week

Quick answers on timing, warranty, winter performance, and what to expect on install day.

Don't see your question?

Talk to the crew that will actually coat your floor. We answer the phone Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm.

How long does a garage floor coating take?

Most residential garages are done in one day. We grind, repair, coat, and clean up in a single visit. You can walk on it that evening and park on it in about 24 hours.

What’s the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?

Epoxy is a strong, budget-friendly coating but it cures slowly and can yellow in sunlight. Polyaspartic cures fast, stays UV-stable, and handles temperature swings better. Our garage system uses a flexible base coat with a polyaspartic topcoat for the best of both.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every installation comes with a 15-year product warranty. We walk you through the details at your estimate.

Will it hold up to Reno winters and road salt?

That is exactly what it is built for. Coated, sealed concrete resists the magnesium chloride and road salt that drip off cars and cause spalling on bare slabs.

How do you prepare the concrete?

We diamond-grind every floor with dust-controlled equipment. Grinding opens the concrete so the coating bonds into it. This is the step that prevents peeling and hot-tire pickup.

Do I need to empty my garage?

Yes, the floor needs to be clear. If you need a hand with heavy items, ask us when you book.
