How long does a garage floor coating take?
Most residential garages are done in one day. We grind, repair, coat, and clean up in a single visit. You can walk on it that evening and park on it in about 24 hours.
What’s the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?
Epoxy is a strong, budget-friendly coating but it cures slowly and can yellow in sunlight. Polyaspartic cures fast, stays UV-stable, and handles temperature swings better. Will it hold up to Reno winters and road salt?
That is exactly what it is built for. Coated, sealed concrete resists the magnesium chloride and road salt that drip off cars and cause spalling on bare slabs.
How do you prepare the concrete?
We diamond-grind every floor with dust-controlled equipment. Grinding opens the concrete so the coating bonds into it. This is the step that prevents peeling and hot-tire pickup.
Do I need to empty my garage?
Yes, the floor needs to be clear. If you need a hand with heavy items, ask us when you book.
